Marko Asmer signed by WilliamsF1

Asmer signed as Test Driver
 
The WilliamsF1 team recently announced that they had signed Estonian Marko Asmer, as the team's test driver.

Asmer has tested earlier this year for WilliamsF1 at Vairano, running straight line testing, and later at the Barcelona circuit in early July.

Chief Operations Engineer for WilliamsF1, Sam Michael said of Marko: "Marko proved himself to be a keen and competent worker in the car providing us with some great feedback."

Asmer has been retained for testing duties until the end of 2003, with the team retaining an option on his services for 2004.
