FW26 Launch Countdown

	FW26 Launch

	The BMW WilliamsF1 team is in the final preparations for the launch of their 2004 contender, the FW26. The launch will take place on the 5th January at the Valencia circuit. At the launch some 250 guests will be present to see the new FW26 rolled out for its first public appearance. These guests will include representatives from the team’s sponsors and partners, as well as members of the international media. From the BMW WilliamsF1 team will be the teams official drivers Ralf Schumacher and Juan Pablo Montoya plus test driver Marc Gené. From the teams management will be Frank Williams, Patrick Head and Mario Theissen. The launch will also see the FW26 take to the track, at around 2:30PM CET, for some installation laps and for the drivers to get a first impression of the car. The launch will be followed by an intensive period of testing at Jerez as the team prepares for the start of the 2004 Formula One season in Australia.
