Ralf spinsThe day would be clear and sunny allowing the team to maintain their test schedule. Juan Pablo would spend his day focusing on mechanical set-ups for the FW26. He would complete sixty laps, with a best lap time of 1m:17.554.

As for Ralf his day would see him fist of all work on the aerodynamic setup of the FW26 followed by tyre testing for Michelin. He would also practice several race starts. Ralf would complete seventy two laps, with a best lap time of 1m:17.785.

WilliamsF1 Test Team Manager Tim Newton said: "Ralf and Juan Pablo were on hand to perform testing duties today. Under clear skies, both drivers continued working on the set-up of the FW26, Ralf in the 02 chassis and Juan in the 03. Despite experiencing a few problems with his car early on in the session, Ralf managed to carry out some valuable aero work. In the afternoon he did tyre testing and practice starts. In the other FW26, Juan Pablo primarily concentrated on mechanical set-up work. Both drivers will return to the cockpit tomorrow.”
