Wet weather hampers testing for WilliamsF1

Valencia Test 20:02:2004 Final Day
 
The final day of testing for the BMW WilliamsF1 team at Valencia would see heavy rain limit the teams testing. WilliamsF1 was only joined by Toyota as the only two teams to take to the track. Marc Gene would return replacing Juan Pablo Montoya.

At the end of the day it would be Ralf who would set the fastest time with a lap of 1m:36.966. Ralf would only complete twenty seven laps such were the poor conditions. Ralf's time was almost two seconds ahead of Gene.

Both Ralf and Marc used the wet weather to test the FW26's traction control system in heavy rain. This involved several practice starts.
