Comments from WilliamsF1 team boss Sir Frank Williams indicate that the on-going issue of Jenson Button joining the WilliamsF1 team will most likely be decided in court. Such a decision will probably not occur until late in December.

Both sides in the dispute, WilliamsF1 and BAR, maintain differing stands regarding Button joining WilliamsF1 in 2005.

Williams said: "It'll go to court probably, which will probably be before Christmas. We just want clarity."
