Pizzonia not worried

As the days count down to the 31st January when the team is going to launch the new FW27 and make the long awaited announcement regarding who will be the second BMW WilliamsF1 driver in 2005 one person who is not worried about his future is Antonio Pizzonia.

PizzoniaThe Brazilian has been testing along side new WilliamsF1 recruit Nick Heidfeld, with both drivers aiming to secure the second driving position with the team. But for Antonio his recent test at Jerez saw him suffer from various problems with the car which made things very difficult for him to match Heidfeld's times. But Antonio is confident that the team will take all this into account when they make their decision.

In an interview with the Autosport magazine Antonio said: "I am sure that Frank [Williams] knows exactly what he needs to see. I was never in the same conditions on the track as Nick, because there were times when I had mechanical problems and we were also on totally different testing programmes.

"On the final day of the test, for example, Nick had 14 sets of tyres for the whole day while I just had four. I am not worried about this at all because the Williams people know exactly what is going on."
