taken by Anthony Davidson. With the start of the session both Jordan's, the
Toyota of Ralf Schumacher, and the Minardi's were first out.
For the BMW WilliamsF1 team this session would allow Mark Webber to take to
the track after having been limited in his track time due to gear selection
problems in the second Friday practice. The first time of the session was

1m:36.361. Jordan's Monteiro was in third. Ferraris' Rubens Barrichello
would take to the track and on his first lap sets a time of 1m:38.513.

1m:37.117. If he finishes sixth or higher David will become Britain's
highest ever points scorer. With over half an hour of the session run
neither Nick or Mark had set a time. Montoya would move into third with Ralf
now in fourth. Michael would improve his time with a 1m:35.063.
