WilliamsF1 and Hilton sponsorship
 

With BMW and the WilliamsF1 team going there separate ways at the end of the 2005 season there was a flood of stories regarding the departure of several of the teams sponsors. Now in an encouraging turn there are reports that Hilton International hotel group, is to become a major team sponsor sponsor in 2006.

For the Hilton Group such a sponsorship deal would be their first entry into Formula One. It is believed that chief executive Ian Carter has already signed the deal with the WilliamsF1 team.
