Yesterday, the FIA upheld Vitantonio Liuzzi's Japanese Grand Prix penalty. Liuzzi's pass of Spyker's Adrian Sutil under yellow was disallowed. The resulting 25 second penalty dropped him from 8th to 9th place, costing him his first point of the season. Scuderia Toro Rosso appealed the penalty to no avail. "Obviously we are disappointed, but we accept the decision of the court," said Team Principal Franz Tost. "Now, all our attention is fixed on next weekend's final round of the season in Brazil, where we hope to build on the good form the team has shown in recent races and try and win some more points on the track."
