The Italian magazine Autosprint is reporting that Scuderia Toro Rosso will hold the offical unveiling of their 2013 F1 challenger, the STR8, on the opening day of the first pre-season test. The car will make it's debut on February 5 at the Jerez circut, in Spain.   

Autosprint also claims that the Williams squad will unveil their 2013 car on the same day.
