This was made clear when Ant pulled out of the garage with an "interim car" more like a RA106 then a SA06. Information will be gathered from this car for the SA07 expected in February.
Although the Super Aguri team will head the creation of the SA07, it has been commented by the Daniel Audetto (SA managering Director) that the new car will be made with an increased collaboration from Honda's Research and Development facility in Japan.
The original plan was along the lines of using an RA106 chassis, but due to regulations made clear by Mosley earlier in the year, the proposal would not have been allowed. However with the help of Honda R&A, Super Aguri is managing the design of the SA07 which Audetto has stated as being ready sometime in February. Despite not being able to exactly run the RA106 next year, Audetto has said, ""We will have the best possible car within the existing regulations."
With a more complete and experienced team, increased support and winter testing time, Super Aguri could be looking forward to a much improved F1 campaign in 2007. Anthony Davidson is expected to test all three days in Barcelona, Super Aguri has also planned to test in Jerez during the 6th to 8th of December as well as the 13th to 15th.
