Super Aguri prepared for legal action

Despite announcing that Van der Garde had signed for the team as third driver, a month later Spyker claim that they have him signed along with three other test drivers.

Audetto comments, "Giedo was supposed to complete 300 kms for his F1 superlicense, but we had to limit his run to just a few installation laps because his representatives didn't stick to the commitments they had with us on time,"

He adds "What Spyker have done, however, is inexplicable. Van de Garde signed with us a month ago and the contract was given to the FIA office in Geneva. It is a valid contract and we are prepared to take legal action."
