BAR express interest in Takuma Sato

Autosport magazine have this week run a story stating that British American Racing are interested in the services of Takuma Sato for 2003 season. Dave Richards and BAR feel that signing Takuma will strengthen their position with Honda over Jordan.
Despite not having scored a point yet this season, BAR is impressed with his potential. (Something that Eddie Jordan has been spotting in people for years!)
BAR have refused to deny that an approach had been made, however he has said it's too early to think about driver lineups and will be waiting until the summer to make a decision.
