The classic Spa track sees a few modifications this year for Sunday’s Belgian Grand Prix, some aimed at improving safety, others designed to make life better for spectators.

The circuit has been resurfaced from La Source, the first corner, to Les Combes and from Blanchimont to the “Bus Stop” chicane. This last corner has also been slightly modified to make the exit quicker. The paddock area has been increased and there are three new garages in pit lane. A new 3000 seat grandstand has been built at Stavelot, while some existing grandstands have been enlarged. Ten giant video walls have been installed around the track.
