Some would say that Michael Schumacher is the biggest name in Formula One, true enough probably when it comes to the current drivers. But any suggestion that he is bigger than the legend of Ferrari is not on according to Michael.

Schumacher can feel that legend, but only when he is out of the car. Once he is strapped into the cockpit his job is to do the best he can the Prancing Horse behind his helmet is not spurring him on, only his desire to win and to win for Ferrari. No other team will tempt Michael away from Maranello now!
"I'm a straightforward guy who sometimes can't get to the excesses of F1. The legend is Ferrari, not me." Says Michael. “Not when I'm in the car (does he realise what Ferrari means). Then I'm concentrating on my job and that's the most important thing. But when I get out of it, at Fiorano for example, I can understand what Ferrari means to people. And this is, also, why I'm so proud of winning with this team. I'll never drive for anyone else."
