Ralf Schumacher's move on Juan Pablo Montoya on lap 2 of the USGP was not so silly, well not according to Dogeared who posted this on our forum.

Interviewer : "What went through your mind when you realised you were going to make contact?

Ralf: "I was delighted naturally, I've been practicing the move for weeks and I think for sure I got it just right. A little too much lock and I'd have spun too quickly and missed him. For sure it could have been a little better if I had managed to damage his rear suspension. The team did a great job and especially I must thank Frank and Patrick for making this possible."
