Michael Schumacher has finished 2nd in the 2002 Monaco GP with Rubens Barrichello ending the race in 7th place. The race was won by David Coulthard in a race that Ferrari could well have won.

Rubens Barrichello suffered a bad race after a terrible start he was down to 7th place and stuck behind a McLaren for much of the race, then he decided to make a chance for himself which only ended in tears as he hit the back of Raikkonen and loses his front wing, but at least he made the McLaren retire! Rubens had to then stop for a new wing, then he was given a penalty then when serving that penalty he was caught speeding in the pit lane resulting in another penalty.
It’s a win that got away though for Schumacher, had he not been held up so long by the much slower Williams of Montoya then he would have easily had the pace to beat Coulthard in the pit-stops but it was not to be this time.
