Luca Badoer begins Mugello test

First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Mugello circuit. Luca Badoer was driving today, at the wheel of an F2002, working on set-up and tyre testing.

The Scuderia’s official test driver covered a total of 81 laps, of which 24 were on the short version of the track. The best lap time of the day was a 1’23”980.

Tomorrow, Michael Schumacher takes over driving duties at the Mugello circuit.
