Work on the F2003 is already well underway as confirmed by Ross Brawn. Ferrari’s Technical Chief has confirmed that the F2003 project is already up and running as he spoke to Autosport magazine. Ferrari are not letting success slow them down!

"Naturally we have been able to start work on next year's car," Ross Brawn said. "We are not getting complacent, but you are always looking to try and divide your resources between the current programme and future programmes, and obviously we can now put more emphasis on the future."

"Although we have to maintain reliability and performance so we don’t have a performance shortfall. There will be tough races this year, but we have been able to start the new car and put more resources into it far earlier than we did last year.”
