Michael Schumacher is ready to win in Britain as he aims to put the Austrian Grand Prix firmly behind him. The world champion who was fined for his role in the podium antics this week has said he fully expects the F2002 to be on the pace at Silverstone.

However having won only once at this track and off course suffering a leg breaking accident here in 1999 Michael is well aware of the pitfalls that could come from thinking this season is done and dusted.
"I am looking forward to Silverstone," said Schumacher. "We did very good tests there with Rubens. We learnt a lot and can feel well prepared for the British Grand Prix. We know the car is superb when it comes to reliability and we have proved this season that we are competitive on all types of circuits.”
"But we must not be complacent. There are eight races left in the championship so anything can still happen."
