By Andrew Hooper
July 3 2020
The Williams Racing Team would complete te first day of practice for the 2020 Austrian GP. It would be a day where the team worked through various tyre runs with longer runs late in the session. George Russell and Nicholas Latoifi would finish in 18th and 20th. For Nicholas his session would be hampered by two spins while running on the soft tyre. The results of the day would show that the Williams team had closed the gap by small margins but still have a lot of work to do to get themselves well and truly in the midfield. But it is very early days..
