Just a few short months ago, staff morale at the then Jaguar Racing factory in Milton Keynes must have been at an all time low. In came Red Bull and bought the troubled team. A few months on, sees seven points in the bag and team recruitment in overdrive.

Take a look at the recruitment pages of this weeks Autosport magazine and you can see just how far Red Bull Racing have moved on from the previous ownership regime. Not only do we have an exciting driver line-up and a car capable of mixing it with the big boys, but the foundations are already being laid for greater things in the future in one of the biggest F1 recruitment drives seen in recent years.

Red Bull Racing is recruiting a number of new staff - only the best in their field need apply.

The team require a RACE TEAM ELECTRICIAN,  AERODYNAMICIST, MODEL DESIGNER, WIND TUNNEL TECHNICIANS, STRESS ENGINEER, MODEL MAKER, SLA TECHNICIAN, ASSISTANT WIND TUNNEL MANAGER, WIND TUNNEL TEST ENGINEER, & SENIOR WIND TUNNEL TECHNICIAN.

Time is short with appplications for the race team electrician closing on Monday 14th March, and all other posts closing on 24th March. Before you get too excited though and flood the team with applications, all posts require a good deal of relevant experience and qualifications in the chosen field.

These are certainly exciting times for Red Bull Racing
