Since it's entry to F1, Jaguar racing has seen many changes (generally controversal) to it's management team. Currently charged with leading the team is . For the 2003 season David Pitchforth stepped up from his role as project manager for the team's 2003 car and the revised R3C. He was instrumental in installing the new wind tunnel at Bicester. He has vast experience in motorsports that includes all significant open wheeler categories, from formula 3 to cart. His experience includes all facets of vehicle engineering from Aerodynamics through to component manufacturing.

Ben Agathangelou resumes his role as head of aerodynamics. His most recent work before Jaguar was at Renault F1 where Ben filled the vital role of heading up the Aerodynamics department. He oversaw the conversion of the Benetton B201 to the Renault R202. He has also worked on Hondas F1 program and as Senior Aerodynamicist with Tyrell.
