After a public spat between the two Schumachers in Monaco where Ralf said a late attempt to overtake the Toyota driver could have killed them both, there's still handbags at dawn at the Schumacher camp.

After reports earlier in the week where Ralf described how he expected his brother to quit the sport at the end of an unsuccessful year for the Prancing Horse, the 7-time World Champion has bit back.

The article was published in the German Sport Bild newspaper.

"I don't know how he came up with that," the older German scorned.

"I often speak to Ralf and tell him that I'm still having fun, not lacking motivation. I enjoy it. Honestly, I think he should think and speak about other things," Michael continued.

Ralf aims the blame at the Bild reporter however,  "I don't know what he wrote," told the 29-year-old German, "but he didn't write what I said. I never mentioned that Michael is about to stop. I have no idea and I don't care."

Maybe, Ralf, if you threw your handbag out of the car you might actually start to bring home some proper results. Stop arguing and race!
