Canada: Sensational Button claims front row spot

Jenson Button continued his sensational 2004 form in today’s qualifying session for the Canadian Grand Prix. The BAR Honda star held pole until the last man on track, Ralf Schumacher, edged him out by just six hundredths of a second.
Nonetheless the Briton will have high hopes for tomorrow’s race and will endeavour to claim his first ever race win.
Honda-powered team mate Takuma Sato was all set to match Button’s time until he spun in the final chicane, so the Japanese driver will start 17th.
