Yasuhiro Wada
President, Honda Racing Development

Joining the Honda Motor Company in 1974, Yasuhiro Wada worked through a variety of roles, ending up as the General Manager of Honda's motorsport division in 2000.
Nick Fry
Chief Executive Officer

Nick Fry joined BAR at the start of 2002 under the management agreement with Prodrive. He had been Managing Director of the Prodrive group of companies since 2001, but walked away from that in 2005 to head up the rejuvenated BAR Honda team.
Shuhei Nakamoto

Shuhei Nakamoto joined the Honda Racing Corporation back in 1983, rising quickly to Project Leader the next year, looking after chassis design for the RS125 and RS250 production race motorbikes.

Ron Meadows
Race Team Manager

Ron Meadows left school and joined TWR as a mechanic in 1980, moving upwards rapidly to become the teams Chief Mechanic in their French Touring Car outfit.
Craig Wilson
Chief Race Engineer

Craig Wilson graduated from Imperial College, London, in the early 1990s with a Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering, having collaborated with the Benetton F1 team for his final year's thesis.

Senior Race Engineer to Jenson Button

Andrew Shovlin graduated from Leeds University in 1998, after completing a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a PhD in Vehicle Dynamics and Control.
Jock Clear
Senior Race Engineer to Rubens Barrichello

Jock Clear's involvement with motor racing goes back to 1988, when the freshly qualified young mechanical engineer joined Lola Cars as a design draftsman.

Technical Director

F1 Executive Technical Adviser, Honda R&D

Ken Hashimoto now holds the post of Executive Technical Adviser to the F1 Chassis Technology Development team at Honda R&D, and that's partly due to his life-long passion for racing.
