Hungarian GP: Competition Question

It's time again to give away another Midland F1 cap. This time it's a simple question about Midland's Sporting Relations Manager, the one, the only Mr Johnny Herbert.

"Johnny returns in an advisory role to the team he drove for in the British F3 Championship (which he won) and Formula 3000. Following graduation from the lower ranks, he went on to enjoy a Formula One career that spanned 11 years with the Benetton, Tyrrell, Lotus, Ligier, Sauber, Stewart, Jaguar and Arrows teams."

The simple question here is: How many Grand Prix did Johnny compete in, how many points did he score and how many did he win?
