The 2006 season starts on Thursday ! Well it does for me and BigPip anyway ! The Autosport Show is an annual feast of all things motorsport and Formula One gets a fair bite of the apple. We've been in touch with Midland to see what the score is with regard to them putting on an appearance. We've been advised that there will be no team personnel taking part in any interviews, but the team are putting out an EJ15B painted up in the current version of the Midland colours. I expect the car to be part of the mock up Formula One grid that always features in the show - last year the cars were mounted vertically !

BigPip has been in touch with Albers' management and at the time of writting we have not had any confirmation that he will be doing anything at the show either.

So on the Midland front the show will be a little bare, but there's always the glamour girls to brighten our day. The show runs from Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th at the NEC in Birmingham. BigPip and I will be there on Thursday and will bring you the sights here at Midland F1 Online !
