At the BMW Sauber F1.09 roll out in Valencia, there was one surprising detail we couldn't forget mentioning. After getting out of the press room, we saw a group of BMW Sauber mechanics in the circuit parking doing what the photo shows.
Judge by yourself...
*Photo no longer avilable, due to a couple of issues. We apologize in advance
So, what were they doing?
Was it that there was too much spare time for them? Were they trying to keep fit? Preparing for another unique PR video by BMW? Perhaps it was the new Stig casting? Or perhaps this all just a new idea of Bernie Ecclestone to bring more excitement to F1 and the pit stops?

I hope that photo goes to the official motorsport press and ends up in F1 Racing magazine or something! Phil could make a lot of money!
People from Poland have been saying there's some phrase about "I will stand on my head" meaning "I will do anything to accomplish it"... maybe Robert told them to go and stand on their heads, and fearing his wrath the dutifully obliged!
They are a bunch of guys like the rest of us. Killing time, keeping warm, and as we all know on thing leads to another.
Betcha I can balance longer than you. Oh yeah, watch me ! type thing. Normal red blooded chaps.
Walsingham Of all interpretations this one i like most:
Its a dawn of new era guys.
Cue the "Thus spoke Zarathustra" tone poem.
Foreshadowing an ominous future for mankind, one of the mechanics discovered another use for his wrench, as he was seen brandishing it in rather threatening fashion before the other "grease-monkeys."
What, next thing you'll say that the Saubers are gliding around the track with 'an der schönen blauen Donau' on the background?
Anyone handy in video-compilation?
...Meanwhile in Hinwil, Mario is trapped floating around in the wind-tunnel while Willy pounds on windows screaming: Open the pod bay doors, Albert!!!
(It would take a hell of a lot of talent to sync up the "Blue Danube" to the frenetic action of an F1 car hot-lapping.)

Something happend with the letters but you should get the sense.
Lee Ermey is hilarious. I had actually seen the Simpsons episode where he also plays a drill sergeant before I'd seen Full Metal Jacket. His "monologues" in that film were ROFL hysterical. He was formerly a drill sergeant in the Marine Corps and improvised his own lines.
(btw, if you happen to find yourself watching Full Metal Jacket, watch for the monolith that appears when Cowboy is taken out by the sniper. It was something that even caught Kubrick by surprise during editing...total coincidence.)

I didn't know Albert had an red eye. Maybe one in each car?
Oh, I see now, when Mario is blurting about the team, he's speaking a sort of nadsat slang...
