In what is a rather unusual bit, especially given how little is known about F1 drives out of the track, we spotted a funny video of Jaime having some fun.
Have some laughs:
No doubt he suits the Red Bull image! Enjoy the life and Carpe Diem, something very refreshing in the world of F1, which generally offers either cold or glamorous image but not what you can watch there, which is nothing less than a normal young "chap" having fun with his friends.
He devotes part of his time too as Dj, which would perfectly explain his taste for this song and why he enjoys it so much! In fact he, together with some friends, organizes an electronic music festival in Ibiza each year.
From other interviews we have heard before, he seems a very mature and intelligent character, and we have no doubt he will handle the pressure very well and eventually become a F1 star.
Having personally followed his career since he raced in karts at the age of 14, I'm sure he will raise many eyebrows, and will adapt to F1 quicker than what most predict.
We send Jaime our sincere best wishes for his debut this weekend in the Hungaroring, and best luck for the rest of the season!
If you want to know the full song name, it's Remember me - The Blue Boy (extended dance mix)

*Note we are respecting his privacy, the video is in youtube available for anyone to watch it, and during the recording even Jaime affirms that "...esto al youtube" which means this to the youtube, in a clear reference to uploading it. We are all against tabloid stuff, but we consider that this is a rather friendly feature that will do no harm to anyone and understand that it has been uploaded with consent.
However if you have any complains, please email to admin@bmwf1talk.com
