Programme: Nick Heidfeld spent the first part of the day doing installation work, while some technical problems meant he was not able to start the major part of his work until early afternoon. He then worked on tyre compounds for Brazil, brakes and set-up. He continued with the work started yesterday by Sebastian Vettel on electronics for next year.
Robert Kubica had a busy morning so did not stop for his lunch break until 14.00. He worked on tyre compounds for Brazil, concentrating on different compounds to the ones Nick was working on. He also did some aero work for the last three races.
What comes next: Tomorrow Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica will complete the third and final day of the test. The drivers will continue with work for the remaining three races as well as the 2007 season.
