I would like to appologise to Global Motorsport Media (gmmf1.net), for posting a headline story here on this site, in direct violation of copyright law. It was wrong of me to use this material here without all proper permissions, giving proper credit to the source, and paying for that information.

I admit that the site was in violation of copyright law, by publishing the source information without due process - crediting the proper source of the information

                 - having actual permission to publish that information

                 - and paying for those intelectual properties.

 

Global Motorsport Media (gmmf1.net), and their barrister, have been very forthright with me, I have learned a huge lesson here about whats required here to comply with copyrights.

Even though this is a fan site, copyrights to any and all materials will and do apply.

As I did with the photos I finally got up on the site, that are used with permission, I will endevour to ensure that any further news item published on this site is completly and fully up to snuff.
