Nick Heidfeld's racing equipment to put up for auction

On today's Thursday, 13th of august 2009, at 1 pm MET, nickheidfeld.com and the 1st Official Nick Heidfeld Fanclub e.V. starts an unique auction:

On eBay.de fans and collectors can buy a complete racing equipment of Nick by an auction, consisting of a racing overall, gloves and shoes.

Nick has signed the overall that he had worn at a Grand Prix of the 2008 season on the chest. Also gloves and shoes, also worn by Heidfeld during a race, can be signed by request of the winner.

There will be separate auctions of different pieces of the equipment so that several bidders have the chance to win. The auctions, that will take place on eBay.de, will last for ten days and will end one hour before the Grand Prix of Europe in Valencia on the 23rd of august at 1 pm MET.

The proceeds of the auction are dedicated to the work of the Nick Heidfeld Fanclub e.V. that finances events and assemblies (www.heidfeld-fanclub.de).
