Alonso scores a podium before hospital!

Alonso, that was running third after 3 pit stops, one due to a penalty for overtaking Ralf Schumacher on yellow flags, hitted debris from Mark Webber's car and he lost control of it hitting the barriers hard. Alonso walked out of the car limping and was taken out on a stretcher.

The race was stopped at that time and the final order of the race was taken from the positions of two laps earlier what placed Raikkonen in front of Fisichella, that was running first at the moment of the stop.

Jarno Trulli finished 8th, and Mark Webber, who was part responsible of the crash finished 7th.

Alonso could not even make it to the podium and looked fine while being taken away. He was rushed to the hospital for further checking.
