Testing times from Silverstone

Renaults Fernando Alonso was second on the time sheets on the first day of testing at silverstone with a time of 01:17.104 behind the Mclaren Test driver Alexander Wurz. Heikki Kovalainen was Renaults other driver and managed to get his Renault into fourth place. Testing times from Silverstone on Tuesday

The hard work of the Renaults team seems to be paying of as they were only a tentth behind the Austrian in the Speedy Mclaren. Renault have been up to a second slower than the Mclaren in recent races. Heikki Kovalinen had a troubled day and had two technical problems with his R25 nut managed to get the car into fourth position on the time sheets for Renault
