Ferrari dominates in Monaco Friday Qual!


Trulli finishes 4th!

Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello topped the times on today's qualifying session. Renault's Jarno Trulli finished 4th behind the BAR of Jenson Button. There were two qualifying sessions today as Heinz-Harald Frentzen experienced some engine problems and the session had to stop for 15 minutes to clear his car.

After the stop most of the drivers struggled to get into the speed set earlier by the front runners.

This was the case of Jacques Villeneuve and Mark Webber that failed to match the form showed on the morning sessions.

Fernando Alonso also had a discreet time as he encountered problems on the second sector


However, his teammate showed the good form of renault by finishing 4th just 0.6 seconds behind Michael Schumacher.

David Coulthard and Ralf Schumacher finished 5th and 6th.
