Canada should be a struggle for Renault!

Italian F1 driver Jarno Trulli is expecting a tough weekend at the Canadian GP. In an interview with Autosport Online the Italian said that Canada should not suit the R23 due to the long straights. Despite an engine upgrade Trulli believes the nature of the track will make it hard for the Renault team at this weekend's venue:

"Canada could be one of the Grands Prix where we could be struggling more than on other circuits, just because there are very long straights. That's the only issue. We know that our chassis should be very good on that track, but on the other hand the straights can cost you a lot of time. In fact Canada could be one of the worst for us, and on all the rest, more or less, we should be competitive. The car is performing well everywhere. Even in the worst situations like Imola and Austria we came away with points, so that was good." He said. "I think already for Canada we'll have a little step forward (in the engine)."

Renault is currently 4th on the constructors Chapionship while Alonso, Trulli's teammate, is 3rd on the Drivers Championship.
