Renault suffers engine problems!

The Renault F1 team experienced on their home GP the worse of lucks as both Jarno Trulli and Fernando Alonso had to retire with engine problems. Trulli and Alonso where runing 6th and 7th when they had to abandon on the same lap. The race was won by Ralf Schumacher followed by his teammate Juan Pablo Montoya and by the Ferrari of Michael Schumacher.

Kimi Raikkonen and David Coulthard finished 4th and 5th with Coulthard having pit trobles for the second consecutive race.

Mark Webber finished 6th followed by Rubens Barrichello and Olivier Panis. Barrichello spun on the first lap and he had to change his strategy though he was able to score two points at the end.
