Alonso praises Button!

In a recent interview in Spain Alonso was asked his thought about all the praise and hype surrounding British Driver Fernando Alonso. The Spaniard has the experience to have been a teammate of the British driver in 2002 when Jenson Button was racing driver for Renault while the Spaniard was test driving for the team.

Alonso recognizes the value of the British driver and sees logical the praise by the media:

“I understand what they are saying about him, he is the driver of the moment. It isalways the same. If results come they put you on the skies, if not, they bury you. Jenson is quite good, competitive and fast. A real competitor. The same than two years ago.” Said Alonso.
