Italian Driver Jarno Trulli set the 4th best time at the official qualifying today of the Spanish Grand Prix.
The Italian set a great lap and was able to challenge the top order on a session dominated once again by the Ferrari of Michael Schumacher.
The German set a best time of 1.15.022 more than 0.6 seconds better than Juan Pablo Montoya who finished second. Third was the BAR Honda of Takuma Sato with a best time of 1.15.809.
A bit behind was the Renault of Jarno Trulli who set a best time of 1.16.144 in a very good lap. Rubens Barrichello continued to show his problems to addapt to the new car by setting a time of 1.16.272.
Further away, on 8th, though just a bit more than 0.3 seconds behind the other Renault of Fernando Alonso.
Alonso that had not done a good first qualifying session struggle a bit with the car and complained of the effect of the wind during his timed lap.
