Scott Smart re-signs for Vivaldi Racing in BSB

It has been announced that Vivaldi have re-signed this year’s rider Scott Smart to rejoin their assault on the British Superbike series alongside Ben Wilson, Ollie Bridewell and Ollie’s brother Tommy, who will be riding in Supersport after such a great ride during his R6 Cup campaign this year.

Scott’s best placing this year was at the penultimate round, held at Donington Park, where he attained a seventh place after suffering badly from injuries during the latter part of this year’s series - from his crash at Silverstone, where he broke his collarbone.

Hopefully, with returning to Vivaldi Scott can set the records straight after a disappointing start to the season this year with Rizla Suzuki - having now had experience of how the Vivaldi team and bike run, he can go on to score the results that we all know he is capable of.
