The rider entry list has been announced for the next World Superbike round, at the Phillip Island in Australia, and it will be one of the largest yet seen.

With the exception of Alessio Velini, who rides for the Perdecini Ducati team, and who will not be taking part, all of the full-time riders will be participating along with Andrew Stroud, who is a New Zealand resident, riding as a wild card entry aboard a Suzuki GSX-R1000 K5. Alessio Corradi will be riding the Team Pedercini Ducati in place of Alessio Velini.

Hopefully, British rider James Toseland will be able to regain some much needed points after his first outing, which saw him riding whilst injured. With Yukio Kagayama and team-mate Troy Corser leading the field, he will have a tough time of it as the big Suzukis dominate in everything they enter this year.
