The second round of the Vivaldi British Supermoto Championships take place next Monday at the technical Karting North East Circuit, Sunderland.

Top Supermoto riders will be on show, including reigning British Champion Matt Winstanley, former British Champions Christian Iddon and Ady Smith, plus hot shot Freddie Fiorentino and rising star Sam Warren. The top riders will be gunning to take the wins and also the ‘Vivaldi Rider of the Day’ award, where the winner of this prize earns himself £1000 prize money.

It was an epic battle at the first round at Lydd, a couple of weeks ago, and no doubt the racing will be more intense this time round. All are now firmly established on the Supermoto scene, and each one is gunning for the win. Only 0.4 of a second split Iddon, Fiorentino and Winstanley in one of the races at Lydd, and no doubt there will be some fairing bashing going on at Sunderland between the front runners.

From The A1
Junction 62, take the A690 east towards Sunderland for approximately four miles, passing Houghton Le Spring. Once at the top of the hill, move into the right hand lane and turn immediately before the Reg Vardy garage. Follow this road to a T-junction and turn right again. Follow this road to the top of the hill and turn right into Warden Law Motor Sports Centre.

From The A19
Take the A690 towards Houghton Le Spring and Durham. Turn left immediately after the Reg Vardy garage and follow this road to a T-junction. Turn right and at the top of the hill, turn right into Warden Law Motor Sports Centre.
