Robert Kubica has admitted that he would love to drive for Ferrari one day.

Amidst fresh rumours, as reported in the Swiss pulication Motorsport Aktuell, Robert Kubica is set to drive for Ferrari in 2011.

The report also stated that the driver he would be replacing, Felipe Massa, however, would not join Renault, but instead would be switching over the Ferrari-powered Sauber F1 team.

A Spanish television had reported earlier that, notwithstanding the current contract with Felipe Massa, Ferrari would be signing the Polish driver to team-up with Fernando Alonso for next season.

"Of course I read all the rumours," Kubica said in an interview, "but in the end the only thing is winning. We are all here because we want to win and you need the best car for that."

"Currently I'm at Renault and so I am focused on this team and on improving together. In 2011 we want to fight for the world title. We'll see what happens next."

However, he couldn't resist his desire to drive for the Italian team.

"In karting, Formula Renault and F3, I've always been with Italian teams and I even lived for more than a year near Monza. Ferrari is a team unlike any other. The emotion and the history is unique. I think every driver would like to drive for Ferrari," he added.
