SAUBER to Resume Testing this Week

By Jamie Makin
April 6 2005

After a frustrating start to the season in which team SAUBER PETRONAS scored just two points in three races, they have returned to home soil and will now resume testing the C24. The team will join Ferrari, BAR, Renault, Williams, McLaren, Red Bull Racing and Toyota at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. For SAUBER, this will be their first test session since their snowed-out effort in late February.

This week's test will focus on getting Jacques Villeneuve more comfortable with the car by improving its setup for him. Villeneuve has thus far been overshadowed by his young teammate, Felipe Massa. The team will concentrate on helping Villeneuve's performance improve while also testing new components for the C24.
