Thought That I Would Give This A Try...

After touching base with Phil Huff to make sure that I wouldn't be "stepping on anyones's toes", as it were, I figured that I would set up a second forum board at my site, dedicated to keeping up with/discussing the latest developments at the newly-formed USF1 squad.

After today's official unveiling, new revelations about the squad's progress are likely to be sporadic for some months to come: probably too few & far between to merit the creation of a seperate USF1 site here on SN for some months yet.

For the time being, I am offering to keep an eye out for the latest news on this young team and relay it to you via postings on the new board. If the news is something of a "major" nature - driver signings, engine deals, or the like -, I will do a front page story on the IRL site annoucing it. Thus, you will have one spot here on SN where you know that you can go to find & discuss the latest developements.

I will keep this up as long as the viewership volume shows that it is worth my while to make this effort. However, when the point comes that someone can convince Phil that the time is right & they want to take the task on, I will happily shut down this board & let them take over on their own board.

Please drop by & visit from time to time.
